Registration and use of a j2bit Account is subject to the following eligibility requirements. Users who do not meet these requirements must not register or continue using the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the Operator or the jurisdiction of the Operator's licence, to register an Account and access gambling-related features. Persons under the required minimum age are strictly prohibited from registering. j2bit and the Operator reserve the right to require age verification at any time and to suspend or close any Account where the minimum age requirement is not satisfied.

Each User is permitted to maintain only one Account. Registering multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent Account closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.
Individuals who have applied for self-exclusion, or who are currently subject to a self-exclusion order through any gambling platform or recognised self-exclusion scheme, must not register or attempt to use the Platform. If you become aware or reasonably suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised, you must notify j2bit support immediately through the Help Centre. You remain responsible for all activity conducted through your Account prior to such notification.
j2bit reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend or terminate an Account, or decline a transaction at any time and without prior notice where, in j2bit's reasonable assessment, there are grounds to do so — including but not limited to failure to meet eligibility requirements, provision of false information, or suspected breach of these Terms.
j2bit and the Operator may require identity, age and source-of-funds verification at any point during the Account lifecycle — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, upon reaching certain transaction thresholds, or as required by applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.
For users in Pakistan, acceptable identity documents typically include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or a current passport. Additional documentation — such as proof of address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement in your name) — may be requested. A selfie or live liveness check may also be required as part of the identity confirmation process.
Pending or incomplete verification may restrict access to withdrawals and certain Account features until the verification process is satisfactorily completed. j2bit and the Operator are not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from delays attributable to incomplete, inaccurate or rejected verification submissions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, j2bit, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill or loss of anticipated savings — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory.
j2bit does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, communications disruptions or events beyond j2bit's reasonable control may affect Platform availability. j2bit will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from Platform downtime or unavailability.
j2bit does not guarantee any particular financial outcome from use of the Platform. No Content on the Platform constitutes a guarantee of winnings, a warranty of game fairness, or a promise of return. All gambling activities involve risk of financial loss.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
j2bit reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where practicable, j2bit will provide notice of material changes through the Platform or via the email address registered to your Account. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amendments. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request Account closure through the Help Centre.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is licensed, unless a mandatory provision of your local law requires otherwise.
